Meet Your Facilitator

I am a certified e-commerce/e-business consultant specialized in online services.
I’ve been building websites (started with HTML and JavaScript in 2001 then moved to WordPress in 2010) I have helped people do business online since 2001; That’s when my clients nicknamed me: “Amr The Internet Guy!”

I have previously worked as an IT manager in charge of setting up/maintaining a network of computers and back-end servers (Web, Email, DNS, DHCP, and proxy/security servers) I’ve managed and trained helpdesk/online support center teams between 2003 and 2013 and I worked for SaaS software companies after.

I currently have my web development & consulting “boutique company” called HumanTalents. I work with entrepreneurs to solve Tech. issues and I have been teaching/training since 1998.

I have delivered courses in academic institutes of technology as well as corporate training, where I have been in charge of management training programs that included technology as well as soft skills like leadership & motivation, service delivery, CRM, sales, and marketing.

I enjoy helping people diagnose and solve technical issues, especially the “non-visual” back-end and hosting stuff, things like DNS, email, website optimization, etc.
I’ve also invested thousands of dollars in tech. training and business coaching, and I intend to continue to create online training courses that help business and web professionals solve problems and get better at what they do.

Absolutely! This is not a “drip style” course. You’ll have full access to go through any section you want, at any time (and come back as much as you like)
Do I have lifetime access to the course?
YES, You have full access to the course for as long as it’s up! (which should be a very long time) There’s no enrollment deadline or course expiry!
Will the course be added on to?
The course is already 100% built out and in place but I will make any updates or additions needed to refine or add to the process if need be.
Are there tests or quizzes?
Heck no. No quizzes, tests, or any sort of academic feeling with this course. It’s really more of a training guide. I may include a few quick questions just to “check in” with you.
What format is the course in?
Each lesson will be in video walk-through or screen share format accompanied by written posts. I do have automatic captions/subtitles but they were a distraction on the screen share videos, so I have decided to accompany each video with written posts that cover what’s in the video.

Disclaimer: any teaser videos of the course footage on YouTube may display captions but that’s YouTube specific, again captions or subtitles are available on only a few of the course videos.

Will the course ever close or expire?
It will be available until it’s either discontinued or revised/updated. In short, it will be up and updated and always available – if you have purchased it.
Are there any "live training" sessions for this course?
No, This specific course is made for “self-learning” and the instructions are clear to follow for “non-techies”, there is no need for instructor-led live sessions.
